• “Digital Products” refers to downloadable items such as reports, eBooks, templates, subliminals, study music, hypnosis, mediations, and other digital assets.
• “Services” refers to human design/destiny matrix/numerology/astrology readings, communities, digital courses around human design and other spiritual tools, software use, coaching, and other services offered by LunaCco.

3. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and purchase our products or services.
• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

5. Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final. Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital products once they have been delivered.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for your personal or business use, as specified in the product license agreement.

6. Services

• Human Design Readings: Spiritual guidance based on Aquarian Human Design™ methodology (integrating astrology, numerology, etc.).
• Digital Products: .ical files, reports, and community content.
• Hypnotherapy: Provided by practitioners Jules & Cadee Duquette (not medical treatment).
• Our services require upfront payment.
• Requests to cancel services must be made 48 hours before the reading or service is to be completed.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details for readings.
• Notify us of payment issues within 48 hours.
• Use services ethically (no harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity).

8. Payments

• All prices are in USD.
• We accept Stripe- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchase.
• Refund Policy:
  • Readings: Non-refundable once delivered (sessions are recorded).
  • Digital Products: No refunds after download.
  • Community: 7-day money-back guarantee for first payment only.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations (e.g., sharing copyrighted community content, promoting hateful or abusive material or ideas, spamming, any inappropriate use of the software or site for harmful purposes.).

10. Limitation of Liability

LunaCco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• No Guarantees: Spiritual guidance is subjective. We are not liable for life/business outcomes.
• Third-Party Links: We do not endorse linked external content unless marked as affiliate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spearfish, South Dakota, USA.
