All in all to say, that this experience gave me validation, and a sense of purpose for moving forward. each of these things were things that I’ve been able to accept easier and they’ve been instrumental to my recent success.

Sometimes you just need someone else’s permission, and you need other people to see the things you’re thinking to feel validated.  That in itself was worth it to me.
